This test checks if the framework TinyMCE could be replaced by LocalCDN. Please note that LocalCDN does not support and replace TinyMCE plugins. If you want to use the plugins, you have to disable the blocking of missing resources in the settings of LocalCDN. See issue #999 (codeberg.org)
